Main Street Ventures is made up of successful professionals in a variety of industries:

• An attorney and licensed real estate agent

• A CPA and serial entrepreneur

• A successful laundromat operator and investment risk analyst

• A mechanical engineer with vast experience in city permitting, plumbing, and facility utilities

• A Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur and operator

We only buy already successful laundromats that can be improved with better management and business experience. We are currently working through our second location with the aim of purchasing 200 locations in the NY tri-state area.

Laundromats have a success rate above 95%! Most of the businesses are run by hard-working immigrants, but not professional business operators. We believe by taking already successful businesses and improving them to be more profitable, we have a very high chance of immediate returns.
