Medical Marijuana Retail Store. Expanding for adult use sales. I am registered caregiver for medical marijuana in the state of Maine and have over 10 years experience in the legal marijuana industry.  We carry a large variety of medical marijuana and CBD products to help our patients with their needs.  We carry marijuana flower, concentrates, edibles, vape cartridges, infused beverages, pre-roll cones, tinctures and hashish.  We are also in the process of building a lounge with a Boba shop and a sandwhich shop for our guests.  Our primary goal is rebuild a broken community.  Millinocket was originally funded and supported by the paper companies until they closed down and left town.  We opened a medical marijuana caregiver store in April.  Many success were found following our plan.  The state of Maine recently opened the doors to an adult use / recreational marijuana retail store program.  The application process is lengthy and expensive, approx $15,000.  We have a second location partially built out for the expansion and ran out of money to fund the project in the short term, due to Covid.  Looking for a small investment to keep all processes moving forward.  We started with 2 people, owner and his wife.  In a few short months we have exdpanded to 8 fulltime (45 hours a week) employees paying $15-$20 a hour.  All of our employees have come to us from jobs in the area paying $12 an hour with a max of 20 hours a week.   The community is largely supported by out of state and out of the area tourists coming to visit the wilderness and activities available in our region.  The expansion into adult use is important to us and the community because many travellers are not approved medical marijuana users and would have to buy marijuana through the recreational program which is not offered within 100 miles of our location.  We turn away an average of 30 unapproved people a day and tourists who can buy typically spend $200-$300 per transaction.  The tourists also commonly request boutique coffee and tea shops, as well as craft sandwhiches.  In our expansion into recerational marijuana we will provide a minimum of 12 new jobs, work with local contractors and suppliers.  The live in community is largely artist and creative based people, along with those who live off what the local wilderness provides.  Our overall goal with this busness is to provide solid good paying full time jobs, an outlet for those who need or want to use our products, philanthropy within the community where needed and help to rebuild this town on marijuana and its associated business lines.  We currently have approximately 1800 recurring customers in our CRM and point of sale system.  We have increased our social media presence and are also building out a set for a weekly podcast.  We know that once the expansion is complete this business will be fully self supporting amd will require very little if any outside funding once this project is complete.  We just need a little help to get over the line.  Please help.....
