A little about me, I have about 21 years experience in Technology and Software. Prior to starting MAD, I worked for Blue Yonder Software (formerly JDA) for over a decade. I have worked with fortune 100 companies through various enterprise roles in Blue Yonder and been through 3 acquisitions/mergers.
I have attached an overview and brochure about our primary services. Our software (ConnectU) interconnects into Point of Sale devices, time clocks, HR systems, Scheduling systems, and payroll systems. We manage the flow of data and logic in and out of those systems based on the HR and payroll business requirements. We automate the reporting, the payroll, the scheduling, and the intraday employee movement, creating a closed loop system for generating payroll. Our customers are large in the hospitality space, large restaurant chains.
Our product ConnectU has been accepted for US trademark.
I started MAD Software in January 2020 with virtually little capital. To be specific 185k spanned over a 12 month period by a friend. I have acquired a total of 12 customers with several large names in the hospitality industry since Jan 2020. Our total operating income of 2021 was $522,333.42 (started from 0 in beginning of 2020). This year's total operating income to date is $282,298.25. Our revenue model is Saas. We automate the HR and Payroll processes for our customers via our software.
