M&J Management Services was established in 2023 and is a company that cares. I established a company in 2000 and decided to close. We are now M & J Management Services and We stand out from the rest because we take pride in what we do and we do it best. Our Maintenance team has been maintaining properties for over 20 years and has a remarkable set of skills. I have been in the business of Property Management for over 20 years. Born and raised in Buffalo, I am very familiar with the housing crisis issues we have in Buffalo and surrounding areas. I am also aware of management companies that are here for the buck. We pride ourselves in what we do and we do it very well. I am LIHTC & COS Certified, up to date with all Fair Housing Training, HUD Standards, and all that is needed to make sure we provide the best service we can and make sure all properties are in compliance with all city codes. 
I am part of the World Wide Women Association, The Women Business Center at Canisius College, and the M&T Banks Minority Women Emerging Entrepreneurs program at The University of Buffalo.

M&J Management Services' lease-only service takes care of all aspects of marketing your listing, finding and screening prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
