A new era Real Estate Brokerage cutting through the noise and positioning itself to take over.  With a profit model that serves the agent and broker properly, and runs like a lean business machine.  Looking for proper capitalization to expedite growth nationally, with intentions of going public within the next 5yrs. 

I have been the CFO of several companies and worked in CPA firms as a business consultant to their clients.   I was the previous CFO/CEO of one of the largest Real Estate Brokerages in the Denver market, as well as a top producing agent before opening up my own brokerage.  With the specific knowledge of both sides of this business, and after countless industry collaborations with top brokerages in the country, I have a unique skillset to help propel this brokerage to the top of the market.  

No other brokerage is doing, or can do, what we are doing, and as such, we have a competitive advantage over our competition.  We can beat our competition everywhere.  

With a National market size of 223 Billion and a Global size of over 6 trillion, this industry is only getting bigger and is large enough that our Brokerage will make a significant splash and truly disrupt the industry.

Based on actuals from my previous metrics and analytics I am confident we can maximize profitability, retention, training, and support without increasing spend to diminishing return levels, as well as maintain great support for our agents.  With proper funding, we estimate that we can build out 100 markets with over 10,000 agents, and have an EBITA around  60 Mill by mid 2029.   We estimate market coverage and agent count to double each year thereafter, as we expand to over 100k agents, where we should see somewhere around 500-700 million per year EBITA.  We plan to go public at some point during 2028-2030 depending on when we hit our agent count numbers.

Lynn Real Estate is already serving the Colorado, Tennessee, and Georgia markets, so our focus initially would be to build out the major markets in these areas, then branch out from there. 

 With my extensive work in this industry, and from the perspective of a CFO in this industry, I can attest that the profit potential is real, and the brokerages that have realized this are now public and have taken significant market share, however, most brokerages don't understand what they have, how to scale effectively, or how to maintain profitability.  I thrive on an analytics driven process to achieve projected results through proper KPI's and organizational structures that help the company move forward in a clear and healthy way.   

Lynn Real Estate will be a National and Global brand, and a market share leader, that will truly shake up the industry standard.
