Luxe Trading USA LLC has en590 10 PPM DIESEL with a signed Commercial Invoice from a New Jersey Mid-Market Oil Trading Entity to purchase 50,000 MT of the available diesel product allocation from our supplier that’s to be injected into our Tank Storage partner where we have our Tank Storage Agreement & Injection / discharge engineer on standby .
Opportunity
Luxe Trading USA LLC is offering and committing to a return on investment of 2.5X Times of the initial investment within a 14 to 21 Day turnaround of receipt of funds.
The investment amount is $1,500,000.00 (One million Five Hundred Thousand) to be applied to our Rotterdam Tank Storage Service where our Oil (i.e. -Diesel) Product transfer will occur to our committed buyer to take title from Luxe Trading USA LLC. The purpose of Leasing the storage is to facilitate a “DIP & PAY” Purchase transaction where our Title to the product occurs and ends upon the Oil product verification.
The Investor funds will be used for the following aspects and nothing further:

As Gap Funding Investment:
- To complete a transaction that’s currently in flight and to immediately close the Product sale transaction within 14 to 21 Days of receipt of funds.
100% of the Banking and remediation will occur in the USA at Citibank in NY with our CITIBANK Escrow Attorney and LUXE TRADING AS THE PAYMASTER.
The funds from the buyer will be directly deposited into the Luxe Trading USA LLC Escrow account at Citibank in NY; and to be facilitated and disbursed as Gap Funding due to the demurrage by our product supplier. ALL funds will be only applied in alignment to the above “Sources & Application of funds.”
