LUMINOUS MEDIA is a Seattle-based creative agency focused on creating compelling marketing content and documentaries for tech companies such as Microsoft and SAP Concur.
I'm the sole owner of the agency and do not have any W2 employees, I contract all of my work to 1099 subcontractors and have zero overhead.
I launched my own agency over 6 years ago, recently rebranding and becoming sole-proprietor of LUMINOUS MEDIA and have been responsible for the day-to-day operations, account management, business development, creative direction, and finances.
I'm looking for an investor to contribute $300K into the business, allowing me to scale, support and elevate upcoming projects, and produce spec content to gain more visibility across other industries (besides tech).
