Luci is bring data modernization to everyday real estate investors. Our platform will enable clients to make data backed decisions, support from real estate ML/AI, and AI bots to reduce the time on boring but necessary business tasks. Our services are designed to create an inclusive ecosystem that will push our clients to use more then just one service.

The target market is the small to mid-size real estate investor (initially). This group will be primed for inclusion into our ecosystem that will provide high powered commercial grade tools at a reasonable monthly price! As a primary SAAS product, our goal is to make membership a breeze to join and provide helpful resources to allow our clients to use the full potential of Luci.

1. On-demand market research (a dozen initial downloadable reports)

3. Investment modeling (a dozen different strategies, a handful of funding methods, customizable Investment Opportunity Reports)

How do we plan on earning revenue? Just like in real estate investing, we believe that you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. This is why we have built out five different revenue streams to maximize the stakeholders returns. 
1. SAAS monthly and yearly subscriptions
2. Luci tokens: (used to purchase a la carte items as well as pre pay or give credits to others for our services)
3. Advertisements and promoted offerings: (Luci will allow vetted contractors, real estate agents/brokers, and other real estate professionals to advertise their services on our platform. These businesses will get vetted and scored by Luci as well as by the Luci members community)
4. Data as a Service: (Luci will sell our real estate data to third parties or even to our own Luci clients)
5. Real Estate Investing: (Luci will undergo it's own real estate investing methods. With a community of members Luci can be put into a position to find great deals and source out to her members.)
