Love to Cook Catering is my family-owned and operated catering business. My business has suffered a great deal due to the pandemic. That's why I am seeking funding. Now I am looking to expand to a Food Truck business here in Las Vegas. Bringing Comfort Foods back to life with some old-school favorites, made with a twist. Cuisine everybody can remember and enjoy. The name of my food truck is called My Family Nibbles. I currently have an active website in place to promote the upcoming arrival of my potential opening coming this spring/summer. I am doing everything possible to try and promote to make this a successful business for me and my family. I am also having a menu tasting in March for further promotion so clients and customers can sample my Cuisine, in hopes that it will bring me lots of customers and more clients for my Catering business. I have also started a YouTube channel called Come Get Yo' Nibble On. I have also just joined The Las Vegas Chamber Of Commerce to help by business make connections that will help my business to grow. Not only will it be just a business but it will be a vessel to help and give back to the community by helping to feed the homeless and homeless families, which I will dedicate 1 day a week to distribute packaged meals from my truck. The name of my business speaks for itself. All I can say about me is that I Love to Cook, been cooking since I was 11 years old, learned from generation passed down, Grandma, Mom, Aunts, who in my opinion were the best teachers. I am not a world renowned Chef, I am just a Cook who loves to create all different types of Cuisines and I love to feed people and enjoy them enjoying my food. I do have background working in food service. I have worked in several main kitchens in my lifetime and home-schooled a complete course on gourmet cooking and graduated back in '93. I want to end this saying Cooking is My life, I was blessed with this phenomenal skill to share with the world through my up and coming food truck business and already having a business background by running my Catering business.
