Lone Star Restaurant Group, LLC is a San Antonio based partnership that is a franchisee of Rusty Taco. Rusty Taco has 38 locations across 12 states and is owned by Gala Capital. We opened our first location in San Antonio in February of 2022. We are seeking private equity funding to fund our next location. We are seeking alternate financing due to the high cost of borrowing in this current environment. LSRG's are seasoned restaurant veterans with one of the partners a four store Arby's franchisee.
Deal structure is negotiable but prefer to offer the investor a double digit return over a specified holding period. Current P&L's and proformas are available on request.
