Who I Am
I have been in the Special Securities Industry for 10 years. I have provided protective services in the field and currently provide Strategic Management services at the corporate level for a global firm.  Privatized security encompasses Executive Protection, Secure Transportation, Intelligence Services, and Investigations services for fortune companies (corporations), people of high prominence or high-net-worth, and dignitary establishments that require high-quality risk management services.  My role is to meet with CEO's, CSO's, Directors, and Heads of Departments to develop risk mitigation strategies for their businesses, and to assist in their implementation.

Problem
A significant problem that has been identified is the inefficient networking ability for the individual professional,  the professional vendors, and the clients who are seeking specialized services; including people with military and law enforcement backgrounds.  This is a unique industry that platforms such as "LinkedIn" or "Indeed" have not been able to adequately support as special securities are not shared openly (mostly) due to privacy concerns. Acquiring opportunities is a "who you know" type of practice regardless of your interest (i.e. client, vendor, employee ), which delays business/services in a market that is quickly growing.  Even professionals with the highest level of experience find it difficult to locate employment opportunities. The market scope for the  private security sector is projected to grow by $56 billion USD  between 2022-2026, and ensuring that everyone capitalizes on opportunity is important for gainful returns. In an industry that does so well, it is laden with issues such as high turnover, eroding trust within client-vendor relationships, inability to maintain contracts due to lack of staffing, lack of access to "RFP" bidding opportunities, loss of profit (typically in the million dollar bracket).

Solution
I have designed a networking platform called, "LockBox, Inc." to support the Special Securities Industry , globally.  LockBox encompasses many dynamic features that enables every practicing and/or inquiring party within the industry to support one another and capitalize on significantly broader access.  It establishes a solid foundation for clients who need specialized services, service providers, individual industry professionals and other relevant industry-specific resources to acquire opportunity and maximize profits. LockBox is the "one-stop-shop" that promises quality engagement, quality management, and innovation that has been long overdue.
