We will leave the existing, proven business model. However, we will gain market share by investing in a POS, marketing and social media presence, and updated working methods. This established bar has a solid and consistent clientele.
They have a music system that generates revenue, darts, and pool tables. We would introduce leagues and competitions to bring more attention to these revenue streams. We believe a fresh view of a proven, successful business is an excellent investment.
We have agreed to a timeline with the current owners and have established a transition plan. Current employees will remain intact. All vendors and leases will transfer as written into existing contracts.
There will be two owners, which will allow us to ensure proper management.
