Load It, LLC (“the Company”) is a startup restaurant and sports bar located in Detroit, Michigan (Detroit Metro). The Company will offer a delicious and unique menu that is unlike any sports bar in the area. The menu includes more than 32 different variations of loaded fries, loaded burgers, a complete salad bar and other tasty bar food options. Load It will feature a full bar that serves several domestic, imported and craft beers along with specialty cocktails and wine options. In addition, the Company will offer soft drinks, juices and non-alcoholic cocktails. Load It will focus on sourcing local produce and protein that will benefit both the Company and Michigan’s own ranchers and farmers. The atmosphere of Load it will be friendly, fun and welcoming. Load It will add to this and also draw from throughout Wayne County’s 1.7 million in people and a metro-area population of over 5.4 million people. The metro area has a workforce of more than 2.5 million, with numerous major employers and several colleges, making it a prime area for a concept like Load It.
Marketing for Load It will include a combination of time-tested methods including traditional marketing, social media and a robust search engine optimization and online marketing campaign. The Company will also include radio and television advertising. Load It will host a grand opening event that will be advertised weeks in advance to get people excited about the new restaurant and sports bar.
