Established Independent used car dealership is looking to expand our buy here pay here portfolio. We have been in business for over 5 years mainly wholesaling vehicles all over the country. Last year we decided to expand our operation to include selling retail, and we had a very good year. This year started off very good until the pandemic hit and March, April and May were tough but we continued to wholesale and made it through. Since then we are selling more retail once again but trying to finance our customers through traditional and sub-prime banks has become an issue. A lot of our customers coming in have very poor credit and either have been furloughed, lost their jobs completely or are just getting back to work but not making the same money. The one thing I can tell you is that these customers are coming in with good down payments and they have money going into their bank accounts but they cant prove were they are making the money, people in tough times usually find away to make money anyway they can. So we decided that as long as the customer has a minimum of 20% to 30% down and can log into their bank account and show me deposits I will finance a vehicle for them. If they meet these requirements they get approved, before the vehicle leaves the lot we install 3 GPS Tracking Systems. Some not all customers think they are smarter then us they find the first and maybe the second tracker and disable but they never find the third one. We also install a kill switch which allows us to prevent the car from starting. All of our customers are required to carry full coverage insurance on their vehicle. The dealership and investor are the loss payee, we also carry CPI (collateral protection insurance ) on every vehicle we finance just incase we are not notified by the insurance company of a canceled policy, once we are made aware of the cancelation we activate the kill switch and the customer has 24 hours to reinstate the insurance or we repossess the vehicle and resell the vehicle. Customer misses payment they have a 5 day grace period if they fail to make payment we activate kill switch and repossess the vehicle to be resold. The employees at the dealership have a combine 25 years of experience, their is a huge market for this type of funding the auto industry expects another 35% default rate on new car loans that people can not afford, unfortunately in Florida and a lot of other states their is no mass transit system and you need a car that's were we come in. We have a very good presence on the internet we hired one of the best google optimization companies and they have performed amazingly for us if you go onto google type in our company name or sub prime lending and we come up on the first page within the top 4, last week we were the first dealer on the page. Our dealership is set up for success we just need the capital to continue, we have credit but the banks just wont lend to this industry. That's were the investor comes in we are willing to pay interest monthly all terms are negotiable, and here is the best part of all of this your investment is secured by the titles of the vehicles that we finance yes every dime you invest goes to finance our customers. Customer comes in selects a vehicle we fill out the title work we get the title back its held by you the investor because you under wrote the loan when the car is paid off you send me the title and we finance another vehicle. At anytime you want out of your investment I just need 30 day notice so I can bundle the loans made with your investment and sell it to another finance company and your investment will be returned.
