Online DTC subscription wine club since early 2020, which showcases boutique Livermore Valley wines. We've obtained a brick-and-mortar location (a former winery) in the heart of the vineyards in order to sell at full retail and need immediate funding in order to move forward with our Livermore Valley Wine Co. Tasting Lounge vision.

Future Of The Company:
What started as a regional subscription wine club has grown into a wine tasting lounge. After much customer demand for a tasting location, we have secured a brick-and-mortar location in the heart of Livermore Valley. Our goal is to create a space that will entertain guests, wine club members as well as a retail outlet where customers can purchase a variety of Livermore boutique wines under one roof.
Mission Statement:
To showcase quality wines of underrepresented Livermore Valley through a retail Tasting Lounge, direct to consumer wine club and small wholesale distribution.
Industry:
Wine has been cultivated in Livermore since the 19th century with Cresta Blanca Winery being one of the earliest and well-respected winning the Grand Prix at the 1889 Paris Exposition becoming the first California wine to win a competition in France. Livermore Valley’s grape growing zone temperatures compared to northern Napa Valley appellations such as St. Helena and Calistoga. To date there are over 50 wineries in the Livermore region. Wineries vary in size with limited release, 100 case to 400,000 case industry heavyweights. Tasting rooms showcase award winning wines and offer year-round activities. Because many of the 50 + wineries are family owned and operated boutique properties, they produce small lots of estate-grown wines that are sold directly to consumers.
