In January 2024, we initiated a market test with our New York distributor, launching Lithios in 30 stores for a 90-120 day organic test period. The results have been overwhelmingly positive:

Sold Out: All test products were sold out, reaffirming the potential of Lithios in the competitive beverage market.

Building on this success, we have secured significant distribution partnerships that will further propel our growth:
Regional Accounts: We are delighted to announce that Lithios has landed its first large regional accounts in New York ! These prestigious retailers will enhance our brand visibility and accessibility.
Expansion Opportunities: We are in advanced discussions with two of the leading Anheuser-Busch distributors, covering key markets in Texas, Georgia, and Colorado. Additionally, we are set to partner with the premier high-end wellness beverage distributor in Southern California.
National Sales Program: We have the opportunity to enter into a national sales program with CA Fortune, the No.1 sales brokerage in the USA, which will significantly amplify our reach and market presence.
Product Innovation:
In our continuous effort to innovate and expand our product offerings, we are excited to announce the development our new line extensions. .
Next Steps and Capital Raise:
To maintain this momentum and scale our operations, we are currently seeking to raise up to $2-5M. This capital is crucial for us to advance to the next stage of our growth strategy. The main target to fully commercialize is still the same as per the deck, however this amount is required for additional production and sales and marketing to launch into the new markets.
