I am seeking 200K funding to open a Liquivida franchise and bring their innovative wellness solutions to my community.

Our primary objective is to empower individuals to lead healthy, vibrant lives, enabling them to partake in all that life has to offer. Committed to excellence, our professional team is fully dedicated to guiding and supporting each client along their journey towards improved health, wellness, and anti-aging solutions. Corporate Liquivida will help with recruiting qualified team members to open our doors in Year One. We plan to organically add to the staff as our customer base grows.  I envision Liquivida franchise as the premier destination for alternative medicine and spa services in the greater Kansas City area. I have projected the earnings for this Liquivida location to be below the average of $1.4 million in annual revenue typically seen across Liquivida franchises. However, each location generally recoups its initial investment within just six months. The number of clients can vary widely based on location, marketing efforts, and local demand. We anticipate reaching 50 clients per week by the end of Year One and growing that to 150 clients per week by the end of Year Three.
We have prepared a strategic business plan that centers on key objectives to ensure success in the competitive health and wellness market. Our initial focus will be to lease a location and equip it with all the necessary equipment and supplies, hiring qualified personnel, and ensuring adherence to Liquivida's operational standards and brand guidelines. While we are setting up our office, we will launch our innovative marketing campaign to build awareness and excitement in the greater Kansas City area thus ensuring a strong grand opening and entry into the marketplace.
