I'm inspired in building a new tablet that young and older kids will enjoy and be able to begin, or continue using.
;-)
Be sure to keep in mind how incredible rainbows appear!
The LilyPad, or Tablet's differences:
To begin, the six colors of the rainbow will be seen on this device.
One thing I'm very excited about is the layout, or separation of the keys on this LilyPad's keyboard. It'll look nice with the different colors separated between each finger. Imagine this tablet looking like a six colored rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple.
It'll be made in two ways: Screen half and Keyboard half.
Once it's on, the keyboard will look similar a normal keyboard with the placement of each CAPITAL letter.
These CAPITAL LETTERS will also be an option just as it's been made on typical computer keyboards.
After initially typing a word, with the CAPITAL letter, each key will immediately be lowercased.
And if the kid needs, or wants to use a symbol, they can immediately use the ! ? , . keys provided, or switch the whole keyboard through Sym.
Two examples of the colors to be used: Blue will be the initial color of the entire tablet, including the Kid-Proof Case. Red keys will be available with the intention of people using their pinky fingers.
The Tab (tabulator) key will be replaced with a Sym (symbol) key, which is to change the images available on the keyboard.
When the device is turned off, the screen and icons on the text keys will be blank.
Use of this device:
Quick example (for a young kid): The word Ear with the image right next to it. Under the word Ear, the symbol of a speaker icon that's able to be touched will be spoken through the device.
The word Ear can be typed through a "new keyboard" rather than spoken to the tablet.
Imagine the keyboard's layout being similar to what we're used to...
Few of LilyPad's detailed notes:

Smaller, more sufficient keyboard with the QWERTY letter layout, numbers and symbols
(Shorter than typical keyboards)
(Each lane's color separated for each finger)
Compass and arrow keys placed on both sides
Touchscreen with letters, words and images

Software functionality
Kid-Proof Case
Rechargeable battery and connection
The workers I'm expecting to hire are a Computer/Software Engineer and a Patent Lawyer.
If you're willing and able to help me with the current financial needs of this product, expect a 200% return within a few months.
This is with my true belief that the device will be made, patented and sold to a larger company.
I'd love to create a kid's enhanced tablet!
