We are looking at a subsidized construction of small housing for seniors with only small pensions. Our background has been in construction and emergency services.
Involved in the project is a construction company with expertise in underground services, 10575330 Canada Inc with housing construction and development expertise. A private individual who has put up some property for an initial community startup. and a doctor.
The concept is to provide housing for seniors at an affordable price which is a smart house. The central center is a wellness center which in itself is an institutional property with a private MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and Cat Scan (computerized tomography) area to provide the service locally. This center will also serve as the operational service for the AI center which will monitor the vital signs and security of the senior complex.
Although we are developing to keep the costs to the senior low it will be almost all-inclusive. The concept is that the senior knows exactly what the housing is costing as it includes snow removal, repairs, yard care, Prescriptions, and grocery delivery. Utilities and standard services are also included.
In addition to the rental, there is also an option to buy. Site security is a camera monitoring system with additional security at each unit. For the initial property area, we are looking at a closed community for extra security.
Our market is the growing population of seniors in our country, and right now there is no one else who offers an extensive solution such as we are. We are hoping that the show home and test area for development will be available by the end of November 2022. We now own the property and have the basic plan layout. The application has been made for all permits.
We have 2 IT individuals working on the required programming to interface everything together.
