Lets Duet is so much more than a restaurant, it's unforgettable.
 

Lets Duet offers "an artistic dining experience", combining fine dining with immersive art to provide an experience like no other! In addition to our dining experience we will offer unique art classes hosted by local artists paired with a tasting menu, as well as, a hidden, speakeasy style music bar (The Stagedoor)
We use the practices of molecular gastronomy and molecular mixology to enhance the sensory experience for our guests and allow them to be interactive with their dining experience. Our menu will be a five course limited selection menu that will rotate quarterly.
The Lets Duet Gallery will showcase all local artists works of art that guests may purchase. All proceeds will go to the artists. The Stagedoor will offer open mic nights, poetry nights, and duet nights along with an upscale bar menu. 
Our art classes will feature the entire spectrum of artists from painters, resin artists, and fashion designers, to, poets, musicians, and dancers. Each class will be hosted by a local artist and will be accompanied by a 5-10 course tasting menu . 
The immersive art room designs, and gallery will rotate quarterly along with the menu offering an entirely new experience every time the guest returns! We have partnered with some of Charlotte's most unique, amazing artists to design our magic!

Founder, Owner & Operator Lindsay Pafumi has seventeen years of upscale corporate & private restaurant experience, working as both a Front of House Manager as well as a General Manager.  She grew up involved in theatre and art & has always possessed a strong love for unique forms of art.  Lindsay joins her dining expertise with her love of the arts to provide a unique and magical experience for every guest! She is excited to bring her vision to you, and to Charlotte!

Chef David Alexander is an accomplished chef with over twenty six years of experience at some of the best restaurants in the area! He sees the beauty in cooking, every dish he creates is a work of art. Chef David focuses on using sustainable ingredients with exotic elements from many different cultures. 

Cocktail Artist Renee Axson has twenty four years of experience in the industry working in all areas of the FOH. She has extensive experience creating high-end cocktails and has developed a cocktail menu that is unique, exciting, and decadent! 

Lets Duet would like to open our location in  South End, Charlotte, North Carolina in January 2021. With us we will bring the opportunity of twenty eight open job positions, and offer opportunities for hundreds of local artists! Lets Duet believes in a strong sense of community as the real magic lies within each one of us.  We plan to support our community in every way we can. This includes: 
-Rewarding employees for volunteering in the community. 
-Hosting different local charity events. 
-Donating annually to local charities. 
-Hosting and catering events for local small businesses. 
-Advertising for local businesses. 
-Partnering with the theatre and art community to provide an experience only to be found in Charlotte. 

Lets Duet has a solid target market with an estimated 427,000 potential customers. Our target market consists of: business professionals, people from out of town visiting for business or pleasure, and people involved in the local art community. 

Lets Duet is  projected to bring in over $3.5 Million of revenue in the first year of business, and expects to turn a profit by the end of the second year of business
