We have a part 135 air freight charter business we presently have one aircraft with a freight contract with UPS.. We have the opportunity to add three aircraft to the guaranteed revenue routes.. We have the opportunity to purchase 3 aircraft valued at 8 million dollars. The owners will sell the aircraft all three for 5 million dollars.. However they will finance with 35% down.. If they sell the aircraft individually they want 2.2 million each.. These three aircraft would under our guaranteed revenue contract generate approximately 4 million dollars per year in revenue.. There would be a 15% increase given by UPS each year thereafter.. We are looking for a partner or investors to fund 3 million dollars.
