I want to build an indoor dry stack boat (and rv) storage drop off service outside of Seattle Washington . I want to build an all inclusive boat service facility right on lake Sammamish (extremely wealthy area). I want to be extremely close to the water, and build a vertical dry stack boat (and potentially rv) high end service facility. The services will range on the monthly packages.
