Seeking: Capital Investment of $500,000 to purchase real estate for a mix of short term and long term rentals. Initial property purchases in the Cleveland, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio markets. We will begin with making investments of multi-family properties for long term rentals in these markets. Once we begin to create passive income, we will branch out to short term rentals in multiple markets across the country, as well as renovating properties in select markets. Our combined skillset and the diversification of our portfolio will be the keys to our success.
We are planning on the purchase of 3 properties in 2024, 10 in 2025 as well as two flips. The initial investment will help us to make these purchases. We would offer a 6% return on investment with a 5 year payback, or we would offer equity in the company.
