LaunchPad Collective is a vertically integrated real estate development platform delivering mixed-income, modular, mixed-use housing along underutilized commercial corridors in San Bernardino, California.

We design projects that combine:

• Workforce and attainable housing
• Small-format retail for local entrepreneurs
• Cooperative commercial kitchen space
• Community-serving uses such as daycare
• Climate-forward modular construction

Our first vertical project is a mixed-use development consisting of 48 entitled residential units above commercial units, located on a major corridor in San Bernardino.

The ground floor integrates revenue-generating commercial components that strengthen the surrounding neighborhood ecosystem. Residential units above are designed to serve workforce households in a supply-constrained market.

LaunchPad is intentionally structured as more than a housing project. It is an integrated real estate and operating platform designed to:

• Support small business formation
• Generate workforce pathways
• Create durable community-level economic infrastructure

Our team combines institutional finance experience, 25+ years of real estate experience, modular development strategy, and deep local partnerships across workforce development, education, and entrepreneurship.
