Hello my name is Mario Parra, I am a 24 year old entrepreneur that has started a podcast “Latin Wealth Club” in order to educate my community (Hispanics/Latinos) about entrepreneurship, financial literacy, the power of investing & tax advice with my CPA! We are highly focus on building a platform for people with no mentorship or guidance to ask questions & network with one another!
Unfortunately these last 2 years have been very rough for me, my business (MP Auto Detailing) back in 2021 grew to 2 vans & 4 employees, life was great! Than inflation hit. Gas went up close to $7 a gallon & work was slow. I had took out a 25,000 loan (which I only owe under $7,000 of now) to grow the business & unfortunately ended up having to lay off my employees & sell one of the vans. Since work was slow I had to cut my business hours & pick up Uber eats as a gig! I did that for about 2 years every days for over 8 hours. Just to get by. Now in 2024 I’m living pay check to paycheck working delivering packages 4 days out of the week & detailing on weekends while trying fund this project and somehow survive. I literally take no days off & I’m always trying to reach my goals! I hope you can find it within you to see I’m not a quitter but someone who will not stop until he wins. I just need some help, and this would be such a blessing. I would use these funds to pay off my debt & grow my podcast! Some plans I have is to start a blog for my podcast and hire a writer to write about each interview / podcast we do! In order to grow our exposer online & build our network / platform! I also plan on starting a Spanish series for those Hispanics/Latinos that might not fully speak English just yet but can benefit from the information we are spreading. I do this to show others that entrepreneurship & starting a business isn’t hard. I also love stocks & crypto and try to educate others on the power of investing / compound interest! We currently only bring in about $600 in revenue every month from private sponsors! We just started taking sponsorships in February & all sponsors have continued their subscription for March!
