Licensed Cannabis Consumption Lounge in Las Vegas raising $600,000 to allow the 42 million annual visitors a safe and legal place to consume

With Nevada Assembly Bill 341 Public Consumption of Cannabis in Nevada is now legal in both Free Standing Lounges and Dispensaries however, none have been launched yet.

My name is Michael "Budsy" Davis, the President and Founder of The Las Vegas Cannabis Industry Leaders Group - a for-profit corporation dedicated to the advancement of public consumption of Recreational Cannabis.
I moved to Las Vegas from Portland, Oregon to open a BBQ restaurant (Budsy's BBQ) and a Cannabis Consumption Lounge (Budsy's Green Room) similar to the one we had in Portland called The NW Cannabis Club.
The NWCC operated as a private cannabis consumption lounge with over 21,000 members from 2015 to 2021 and finally closed due to the Pandemic.
Las Vegas receives over 42 million visitors annually. It is estimated that more than 25-50% of those visitors want to smoke WEED.
Those 10 -20 million WEED smokers have no LEGAL and SAFE place to CONSUME. It is illegal to smoke in public. Hotel guests are required to sign a release authorizing the hotel to charge a cleaning fee of between $500-$2,500 to the already authorized credit card transaction if a guest smokes in their room and be ejected immediately from their room.
Nevada Assembly Bill 341 authorizes Public Consumption Lounges in Nevada. This already signed legislation is slated to be implemented in 2023 at the earliest.
A Private Consumption Lounge similar to the NWCC could be open and operating within 4-6 months giving a 2-year head start and effective first to the market status.
Chef Budsy hosted 15 cannabis-infused BBQ dinners at the NWCC with attendance ranging from 70 to 120 guests paying between $75 and $125 per person. With the proper resources and capital, we anticipate offering in excess of 400 cannabis-infused dinners daily 6-7 days a week for $150/person.
This campaign is designed to fund the opening of a Private Cannabis Consumption Lounge in Downtown Las Vegas with cannabis products in the form of flowers, drinks, edibles, extracts, and single-use vaping, supplied by a nearby associated dispensary or delivery service.
The former Owner and Operator of the NWCC, Michael Keysor, has agreed to launch and oversee the operations of our new Cannabis Consumption Lounge here in Las Vegas.
Manufacturing ultra fast-acting cannabis-infused beverages and sauces for sale in the lounge.
