The City of Laramie has projected a significant need for new housing opportunities and Sundance Hill helps solve the concern.
This project includes 103 single family lots and 3 multi-family lots. The goal for the project is to develop affordably priced, quality, homes for workforce, young families, and those nearing retirement. We intend to develop the lots and sell homes made by Chieftain. Specifically, we are looking at the BonnaVilla line of homes:

If that is not enough of an investment, we would certainly entertain a more robust investment opportunity including full project funding.
