Labor Providers is poised for massive expansion and growth. As a former owner of Twin City Staffing, I have negotiated fantastic terms to purchase some of Twin City Staffing's active accounts.  These accounts total about 7million in annual sales.
Twin City Staffing is willing to do owner financing on a portion of the sales price.
1,000,000 requested.  About 1/2 will go to Twin City Staffing.  The second half will remain in our books to cover payroll costs and AR carrying costs.

Example:
We purchase an account with 50 employees.  Pay rate of 16 per hour.  after expenses these people will have a true cost of 20/hour.
So, 20/hour x 50 people x 40 hours = $40,000 in payroll per week.    terms are net 30 so we need to carry the AR for 4 weeks until we start getting paid.
By the time we receive our first check, we will have roughly 160K tied up for just this one customer.

I am very open to various solutions that you may have in mind.
