My company name is Lab Lithium LLC. My company will produce lithium in the laboratory. My method of producing lab lithium is based on my paper I presented to the American Chemical Society. I also published a book on how to create light elements in the lab. The book is a available in Amazon. Instead of destroying farmlands and forests to mine lithium, why not just create lithium in the lab. Lithium is now called "white gold" because of its rising demand for batteries and electric cars. If diamonds can now be created in the lab then, why not create lithium in the lab.
I'm raising 1 million dollars in exchange for 10% equity in my company. or $500,000 for 5% equity ,
My company is newly registered. My company is not making money yet since I am still at stage 1 out of 5 Stages.
Stage 1 is perfecting the process of lab lithium production.
Stage 2 is processing the lab lithium into salts .
Stage 3 is selling the processed product.
Stage 4 is upscaling the production from 1 kg to 1 ton. 
Stage 5 is is harvesting the by product heat and turn it into electricity.  This is the power plant stage
This is an urgent and essential project. The world economy might collapse because the demand for lithium is rising but the methods of mining lithium can be destructive to the environment.  Furthermore,  the US economy might collapse because the current electricity infrastructures cannot sustain the electricity demand of 326 million Americans.
