My name is Richard Ainsworth, I am 67 years old and have owned and/or operated Assisted Living facilities and have worked in the Health Care Industry for over 47 years.  I have extensive experience in saving Owners/Operators from 10-20% of their budgets in the following categories:

1.  Computerized tracking systems for improved quality checks and balances.
2.  Labor savings.
3.  Robot usage.
4.  Increased revenue.
5.  Food savings.

I worked for many years with Marriott Corporation in their Health Care Division showing Presidents/Administrators of Hospitals how to save money to offset their contractual services, generally a $350,000 savings.  This savings would offset their contractual fee Marriott would charge a client.  I am also able to save in similar ways in the Assisted Living industry.  The Assisted Living owners will pay our Company from the savings they realized from their budget savings,  giving them nothing to lose and everything to gain.

There are approximately 30,000 Assisted Living facilities in the Country.  Our program would be rolled out to 15,000 of these facilities with an overall savings of $50,000 per facility.  Our program will be very valuable and financially worth potentially $750 million dollars and going public could be much more valuable.

I would like to speak with someone to discuss start-up money for this program, at which point I will go into further details and will be able to verify all information.

Respectfully,

Richard (Rick) Ainsworth
