We are a family owned asian inspired sandwich restaurant. Most chicken sandwich places across the US feature a Nashville hot chicken, where the only variation is how hot can you handle and we offer a full menu with different taste profiles of sandwiches, ranging from plain, to sweet, to over the top spicy. We currently have 2 locations and are looking to expand our footprint to the local area for the upcoming year. We are also working to be in the Frost Bank center to serve food during games and events, as well as signed paperwork to be interviewed by the DFW airport to for the brand. Krazy Katsu has also been reached out to by 2 major national grocery chains, that would like to sell a few of our sauces, so we've met a manufacturer and co-packer to make this happen. We have a team of restaurant professionals, chefs and have hired a restaurant marketing company to help us with the social media and have been the most popular chicken sandwich location in the San Antonio are since we opened. It is so popular that we opened our second location 11 months in. We have worked with our food suppliers to create efficiencies to help us scale quickly, so we have Sysco cutting our chicken to our standards and brining our chicken in our own custom brine. We then pull the brined chicken and can start breading immediately. We also have a baker that makes our custom buns daily. Burgers.. We have some of the wildest and popular burgers in the nation, one being our Pandan Smash burger served on a green bun, baked and infused with pandan extract. Where else can you get a smash burger with housemade kimchi butter and fresh kimchi and bbq sauce? Our flavors are Krazy but they all have that complete umami that has you coming back for more.
We'd like to make this a national brand and sweep the US off its feet and are looking for investors to help us get there.
