Knuckle Game Boxing Academy, LLC (“the Company”) is a Veteran owned gym that is expanding to offer a wide range of fitness services. Health and fitness are crucial components of overall wellbeing and can contribute to a higher quality of life. Sports are important in the development of all athletes and provide mental, physical, and social benefits. Knuckle Game Boxing Academy will integrate these two things by establishing a comprehensive fitness center dedicated to specialized boxing training. 

 

The new gym will offer a large selection of the latest fitness equipment accompanied by weight, cross fit, and boxing training in addition to yoga, spin, and aerobics and dedicated senior citizen classes. The Company will quickly become the hub for boxing training in the region offering a complete program for training and participating in the sport. It will also provide a complete fitness experience, all under one roof.

Knuckle Game Boxing Academy will offer a variety of memberships, group classes and personal training options that are designed for all ages and ability levels. The gym will specialize in boxing training but will also offer the following services:  

❖ Weight training 

❖ Cross fit training 

❖ Yoga & stretching

❖ Cycling classes

❖ Aerobics 

❖ Specialized classes for senior citizens) 

Boxing training will be a stand-out feature of the gym, attracting both young athletes that are interested in learning and participating in the sport as well as older athletes that are looking for a great workout and enjoy the sport. Boxing training will include the following: 

❖ Conditioning (running, jumping rope and shadow boxing)

❖ Strength conditioning (weight and circuit training) 

❖ Skill development (footwork, defense and punching techniques)

❖ Bag work (endurance, rhythm and eye-hand coordination)

❖ Technical drills (specific drills that work on defense, timing, etc.)

❖ Resilience training (working on composure, challenges, strong mindset, adaptability and perseverance) 

❖ Sparring (practice against other opponents, real fight conditions) 

The Company will host boxing and open sparring shows and competitions at the facility. They will also travel to shows and competitions with dedicated athletes that are ready to compete. During these shows food and beverages will be available for purchase. 

 

Knuckle Game Boxing Academy will host a designated area for student athletes, where they can complete homework directly afterschool, before training. 

 

The facility will be equipped with high quality equipment and training accessories. Expert trainers will lead group classes and provide personal training that is tailored to individual or group goals and needs. The boxing program will start with one head boxing coach and two assistant coaches and will add additional staff if needed. 

 

In addition to fitness services, Knuckles Game Boxing Academy will have a retail store where they will sell Knuckles Game Boxing Academy apparel and other accessories.
