Keith Klawitter, founder and CEO of Klawitter Design, is a legend in the professional music recording business. He is an accomplished designer of professional loudspeakers used by top producers, engineers, and musicians (Michael Jackson, Sting, Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Stevie Wonder, among others) in recording studios worldwide for production and mixing of music and movie soundtracks. He has a legendary reputation as a creative and innovative designer and manufacturer of some of the finest and most accurate speakers ever made. Many top artists and producers will use only his monitors to mix their recordings before releasing them to the general public. That’s because Klawitter’s speakers sound exactly like the performances they are producing, and recording artists are meticulous about reproducing the exact sound they so carefully create in the recording studio.

As a loudspeaker designer, Klawitter has a great track record, having already led KRK, the company he founded in 1986 and made famous for studio monitors for use in music and film production. Klawitter sold KRK to Gibson in 2013 and has since embarked on a new venture to bring a breakthrough series of professional speakers to market, with an immediate focus on professional audio and media production.

In short, Keith Klawitter has a powerful reputation, deep expertise, a great brand story, a solid team, and great products with more to come. This is as strong a foundation upon which to build a brand and a customer following as there is. Moreover, this new brand is ready to go. Our designs are complete, our manufacturer is ready to produce, and we are eager to produce and ship product.

Today, armed with new acoustical designs and powerful new proprietary DSP technologies, Klawitter Design is proud to introduce a new generation of meticulously designed monitor speakers. Offering unmatched accuracy, unparalleled imaging, and incomparable sonic performance, the new Klawitter Design Nitro and Elite Series delivers a whole new perspective on what a loudspeaker should sound like.

Klawitter Design offers a number of compelling advantages over competing brands:

•Better value to price ratio
•Unparalleled sonic performance
•Unmistakable form factor (a must for studios looking for an edge)
•Reputation and brand identity
•Relationships within the industry

We seek funding to begin production to enable us to fulfill initial orders when we debut the brand at the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show, in Anaheim, CA from January 25th to the 28th. We invite you most cordially to attend with us to meet our team and to experience our products.

The company seeks resources to capture the opportunity that Keith has carved out with his new designs and brand. In exchange for a 15% ownership stake, we are seeking an investment of $3 million to fuel rapid growth in revenue and profits. Pending closing of the investment and based upon our current state of readiness with product and people, management is projecting first year sales (commencing January 2024) of $7.6 million followed by a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 31.2% to $22 million in sales and a CAGR of 30.4% to $14.7 million in gross profits from the end of Year 1 through 2028.

Assuming the $3 million investment earns 5% or $150,000 per annum for the first four years and is converted into equity to retire the debt in year 5, the investor’s four-year cumulative interest payments would be $600,000 and his stock would be worth $6.7 million at the end of year 5. The IRR on the $3 million initial investment would be 21%.
