Caribbean Franchise seeking 100k

Hello investors!

-My name is Lenard Gordon. Friends call me Lenny.

-Started selling plates with my parents in 2014 around Greensboro-Triad Area in North Carolina. We would set up under a concession tent, selling Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken, Jamming Wings, and Jerk Sandwiches. We went to festivals and events from Ashville to Wilmington, Raleigh to Charlotte, all while working the day jobs. I knew 1000% percent I had an amazing product! I just wasn't able to produce as much under the tent.

-It wasn't until 2019 were I had the opportunity to  get into a concession trailer and really get after it. Due to COVID, the hours at my Job had been cut into a fraction leaving my family under pressure. So April 10th, 2020, I went Full-Time on The Jerk Truck and haven't looked back since.

-The United Stated is missing the Caribbean Food option. You have your local “Mom&Pop /“Hole in the walls” but nothing is dominating the niche. My eyes are on my local towns first,  Goldsboro, New Bern, Washington, and Greenville. Establish the brand and create a franchise.  I want to be the Caribbean option just like Chinese food, Pizza, Hibachi, Soul Food, Bar Food, etc. Imagine a "Chipotle" style or even a "Panda Express" style Caribbean Take Out/Quick Service Restaurant. I want to be the Jamaican franchise like "Golden Crust" but specialize in Jerk Chicken.

-I have a Greenville location picked out. Customers from the truck ask when the restaurant coming. Equipment Plus has quoted me on the build. Health Department is ready for me to give them the word to inspect. All I'm missing is the funding.

-I currently have two employees. Help is hard to come by in the food truck industry.  Since I'm not able to offer much besides a hourly rate and some free food. I loose a lot of good help to already established restaurants. I understand my employee pool so I'm all for it. Freelance sometime works out better.

-1st year we did 102k in revenue. 2nd year we're looking at 180k. That is only working 18-20 days/month, 4-5hour shifts. The trailer limits me on how long I can operate. Since its a mobile unit carrying, traditionally, non mobile equipment, I have to set aside weekly service days. By being in a restaurant, consistent location, larger prep space, longer hours (9-10hr) 7 day a week we can easily multiple our sales by 3x!  (60-70k/month)

And I don't plan on getting rid of my trailer either. That trailer allow me to scout the new areas for potential restaurants. I want to franchise the trailer  too.
