We seek a $1.2 million investment to purchase an existing industrial building with 7,429 SF located at 418 Route 23 in Franklin Borough, New Jersey in Sussex County with 32 parking spaces. This facility will feature a 200-seat modern auditorium, 150-seat banquet hall, daycare center, youth center, classrooms, and commercial space. The senior pastor and founder, Pastor J. Samuel Canion, leads our mission to empower believers and embrace the community.

Kingdom Life Temple of Deliverance aims to provide spiritual growth and support to our community through various outreach programs and comprehensive services. Our 5-Point Community Vision includes Career Services, Education Services, Food Services, Homeowner Services, and Residential Housing.

1. Modern Auditorium: A central space for worship services, conferences, and community events accommodating 200 people.
2. Banquet Hall: Accommodating 150 people for events and community gatherings.

Funding Requirements:

We are seeking $1.2 million to cover the following costs:

1. Facility Acquisition: $999,000.00
2. Furnishing and Design: $156,000.00
3. Program Development: $15,000.00 for initial setup and operational costs.
4. Marketing: $30,000.00 for marketing purposes via billboards, social media, radio, and other marketing sources of the various programs.

Revenue Streams:

1. Donations and Tithes: Regular contributions from church members and donors.
2. Event Rentals: Income from renting the banquet hall, auditorium, and multipurpose rooms.
3. Commercial Lease: There are 3 existing leases on 3 of the units which equates to a $5,625.00 monthly rental income. Lease details are provided below.

a. Moonlight Tattoo, LLC - $1,665.00 per month thru January 2028
b. Frey Heating & Plumbing - $2,600.00 per month thru August 2026
c. Sunshine Carpet - $1,000.00 per month thru August 2026

4. Grants: Will search and apply for any local, state, or federal grant opportunities for non-profit organizations.
