Kimose Commercial Real Estate

Hello,

My name is Eric J Kimose, I own a small commercial real estate brokerage firm called Kimose Commercial Real Estate LLC. We received our real estate license from the State of Colorado at the end of March 2024.  A little about me, I have been involved in commercial real estate for 29 years, I have completed transactions in all asset classes, and I have completed transactions in 10 states.  I was once recognized by the Colorado Real Estate Journal as one of the top 10 commercial real estate brokers in the State of Colorado.  I led my previous team to be recognized as one of the 2021 Top 25 Commercial Real Estate brokerage firms. 

As a company, Kimose Commercial is doing well.  We have been active for approximately six months and thus far we have had one closing ($1,030,000), we have three listings for lease and one for sale listing at $4,400,000.  In addition, we recently competed against CBRE and Marcus & Millichap on a $4,900,000 property for which we are awaiting a response from the seller, and we just finished a presentation to sell an $8,000,000 property which we are expecting a listing agreement soon.  The current pipeline for Kimose Commercial, including all completed, currently listed and pending proposals is just under $500,000 in gross commissions.  All this from myself and three junior brokers. 

Kimose Commercial Real Estate LLC is currently seeking $100,000 (preferably in the form of debt, bearing interest at 10% interest only for a 5-year term) to help us reach the finish line on the above pipeline and, more importantly, move our operations from our homes into an office.  I know from experience that being in an office benefits our efforts to recruit and train new brokers which is essential to growing a successful brokerage.
