I am seeking funding to open a water sports and beach gear rental company in a very popular and exclusive location in South West Florida. The key to this business is location. I have found commercial zoned water front property with a building and docks that would make and excellent home base for the business. We plan to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, sups, electric bikes and scooters, beach chairs and umbrellas. We also plan to capitalize on the beach concierge market by approaching the local counties to allow us to rent direct at the beach.
