The bar is a "unicorn" it really should not do as well as it has done. we only have ~1200 ft2 and we generate annual revenue of around 1 million a year. We are a favorite in the area of a pseudo-walking community with other local bars.

3-year-old Bar suffers abnormally low revenue for the prior four consecutive months. I took out an aggressive MCA to assist me in removing my ex-business partner who had been stealing from the company on a daily basis for the entire three years we have been open. I did remove him but not fast enough, I have a remaining balance of 37,500 on the MCA which is paid back on a daily basis at ~12.5% of daily revenue which sums to an ~$6,000.00 per month.  The remaining request sums to $62,500.00 which will be used to renovate the bar and build and install a kitchen. I would be able to repay at a rate of $6000 a month starting in 90 days. The bar renovation will increase my bar service area from an ~10 linear feet to nearly double at 19'3" of patron service area. this will allow for three payment terminals versus the current two units. The renovation is expected to increase revenue 15 -20% or $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 based on the lowest four months of revenue. The Kitchen will bring in its own sustainable revenue of about $35,000.00 a month.

Summed up; your $100,000.00 investment will bring the current revenue from an approximate $55,000.00 a month up to an expected low end monthly revenue of $98,000.00 with a high revenue of about $140,000.00 and an average monthly revenue up to ~$130,000.00.
