Who We Are
Pitsky Park LLC is a sports tourism and community commerce destination in Eufaula, Oklahoma. The anchor is a USA BMX-sanctioned race track capable of hosting local, regional, and national events. Surrounding it are 17 purpose-built business units covering recreation, retail, food and beverage, pet services, and RV hospitality. Every dollar of net income generated by the park flows to one place: reducing the overhead burden on Husky Halfway House, the largest husky rescue organization in the United States.
Problem We Solve
Pitsky Park is a for-profit LLC built on a real market, with a proven founder, owned land, existing infrastructure, and a national sporting organization already behind it. The investment thesis is straightforward: Lake Eufaula draws 1.5 to 2 million visitors every year. The region has no branded destination combining lodging, youth sports, and family commerce. Pitsky Park fills that gap completely.
Who We Serve
The 2 million annual visitors to Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma and every Husky facing euthanasia that we can.
Why It Matters
Jenni Dietsch is the founder of Husky Halfway House, a nationally recognized rescue dedicated to saving huskies facing euthanasia. After relocating from California to Oklahoma, she built H3 into a large-scale operation rescuing hundreds of dogs each year while personally logging more than 150,000 miles of transport to pull dogs from high-risk situations across the country.
Jenni created Pitsky Park to build a sustainable, community-supported model that generates long-term funding for rescue. She maintains a strong public following and is a recognized voice in the national rescue community. Her philosophy is simple: all roads lead to the rescue.
Who We Collaborate WithPitsky Park is a fully integrated community destination. Seventeen distinct business units span recreation, retail, food and beverage, pet services, and hospitality. Each operates as an independent revenue stream. BMX brings the crowd. The village captures their spending and converts it into operating income for the rescue.
