Our systems are already developed and functional. We have installed 14 centers in Cuba, 4 in Mexico and we just installed our first center in the USA. We are entering the USA market as a cost-effective alternative to the giants in the industry, the likes of AMF Qubica and Brunswick.
With more than 300 outdated bowling centers in the country, we have a huge opportunity to grow our business. Most of these owners can't afford to pay the high prices that our competitors offer. We are aiming to be the viable solution for them, by offering a competitive product, at a better price and with very flexible payment options.
One of those payment options is BAAS (Bowling As A Service), a new business model in which we provide the systems, equipment, maintenance and support for $0 downpayment. The client only pays a fee per player per game in a pay-as-you-go model. For many business owners, this is not only attractive: it is the only way they can afford to renovate their systems. This business model has a great potential, because once the original investment is recovered, it will be all income from all of those clients.
