Currently, the businesses are primed and ready for growth. Since 2020, they have proven need for investor injections.
The request for funding comes at a time when both companies, Kare Krest, and 24/7 Care
Staffing are experiencing significant growth but are also experiencing severe limitations. The
limitations are due to the lack of vital capital needed to help with the constraints. Although both
companies are growing and expanding at an adequate rate, they can experience much higher
rates of growth with capital that is strategically invested in various areas of the business.
Both companies have an established office located at 5701 Shingle Creek Parkway, Suite
#250E Brooklyn Center MN 55430. The funding request is to grow both of the companies. In the
case of 24/7 Care Staffing, It will be used to hire new employees, recruiters, new office,
equipment, and marketing the company to potential clients. In the care of Kare Krest, the capital
will be used to hire new engineers who are able to design, program, and further improve the
company’s software. The capital will also go towards marketing, office, equipment, and a new
office to accommodate the growth in employees.
A portion of the capital will be used to further consolidate the ownership of the business
by purchasing the shares of one of the owners of the companies. This would ensure the
companies are under the management of one individual with a strong vision and a penchant for
growth. The funding is a long-term investment into 24/7 Care Staffing and Kare Krest will use to
strengthen their positions in the medical staffing industry and medical staffing software industry
respectively. Currently, the main focus of both companies is growth in the state of Minnesota
