KAR CHAMPS INC.

KAR CHAMPS INC. will make loans in excess of $10,000 and with a term of 60 months or less. KAR
CHAMPS INC. will make loans, for automobiles, directly to consumers, the proceeds of which will be
used to purchase automobiles.

KAR CHAMPS INC. will market and make loans via various marketing channels, including through its
website and its network of dealers (“Dealer Network”). The Dealer Network will be able to refer
consumers to KAR CHAMPS INC. via a proprietary online platform (“DealerPlate”).

Dealer Network dealers will act as an agent of KAR CHAMPS INC. and as such, obtain information
from the consumer to complete the KAR CHAMPS INC. application on DealerPlate. The credit
application will be submitted directly to KAR CHAMPS INC. (not the dealer). If KAR CHAMPS INC.
declines the application, it will send the consumer an adverse action notice. If KAR CHAMPS INC.
approves the application and the consumer accepts the offer to obtain the loan, KAR CHAMPS INC. will
generate the loan documentation in DealerPlate. The dealer will download the documents from
DealerPlate and on behalf of KAR CHAMPS INC., present the documents to the consumer for review
and signature. The consumer is obtaining the loan directly from KAR CHAMPS INC.; the dealer is acting
as an agent for KAR CHAMPS INC...

KAR CHAMPS INC. will use credit scores in its underwriting and obtain consumer reports and credit
scores from consumer reporting agencies. KAR CHAMPS INC. will also obtain reports that relate to
verifying a consumer’s identity.

The loan documents that KAR CHAMPS INC. will use are proprietary to KAR CHAMPS INC... KAR
CHAMPS INC. will provide consumers with an opportunity to review the Loan documents before they
sign.

KAR CHAMPS INC. will use GPS trackers and starter interrupt devices. The trackers and devices will
be fully disclosed to the consumer and all required disclosures will be provided as required by law. KAR
CHAMPS INC. receives its funding through private investors and major capital sources. KAR CHAMPS
INC. plans to use Hudson Cook LLP as its compliance counsel.
