Right now builders are in the area building SFH and the area needs more. There is such a high demand the homes are being sold before they are completely finished. This development project was supposed to start over 10 years ago but because of the economy at the time it was stopped. My agent also tells me they are in great need of multi-family units as well. It's very close to an airforce base and housing would give them home options as well.
