The project development we are working on is based in Wayne County NC. The county has just been granted a 105 multi-family home project. This area is in great need of SFH. Some homes have gradually started by other individuals; however one home at a time is not enough to satisfy the growing need of the community. This area has many benefits including being one hour from the beach, good schools, thriving business opportunities bringing commerce and jobs to the area. The only missing piece is the major lack of single family homes.
This community development project will be a great opportunity to shift this up and coming area into an inviting place to live. We are investors with over 25 years of construction management experience in commercial construction from hospitals, colleges, schools, high-rise condos, and most recently a sports arena. We have managed project scopes from $1M to $100M. Our goal is to help build a community for this area of mid- sized affordable custom homes.
