99.99% of apps in app stores are not profitable according to Gartner because of a lack of planning for success. (2014, 2018, and 2021 reports) Our MAPP™️ Mobile App Planning Program creates the tools they need to execute a plan for success. We provide the following: A business plan complete with SWOT, Comparative Analysis, projections, proforma and executive summary, A fully developed marketing and branding solution, CEO and sales training development with a renowned coach, a project plan, a project quote, user interface, logo development, and access to our investors. We provide software development and an ADA-compliant website.  We also provide 12 months of hosting and maintenance which include firewall protection, malware protection, ios,  and android updates, bug fixes and patches, and hosting for 12 months. After 12 months it averages $1500/month depending on data management size. This is 24/7 human and software managed and maintained.  We maintain a 10% equity stake in the mobile app software once we are paid for development.  The cost per client that qualifies is $20,000. We have successfully sold about 10 of these and some have already been funded for the project itself but not fully. We expect full funding of at least 5 million per project in tranches from savvy investors in mobile app ideas that have been fully researched and projected for success.

Wrong Way Driver Alert System™ - This PFR (Police Fire and Rescue Unit) mobile app drops a 50-mile radius around 100s of miles of highway and detects wrong-way driving then proactively notifies emergency response personnel in real time of a wrong-way driver.  This gives them valuable time to try and prevent the carnage and loss of life these types of accidents ten to produce.  We have the only algorithm in the world that correctly detects this.

Current Status: This system is fully developed at a total cost of $630,000.  It has received a 20 million dollar valuation pre-sale and a 200 million dollar valuation post-sale.

Caltrans has agreed to allow us to test it for efficacy in their Affiliate Program for final evaluation prior to funding a full pilot.
North Texas Tollway Association (NTTA) has given us a verbal agreement to allow us to test it on their highways.  We are waiting for paperwork to make that possible.

Rest™ - This mobile application is presented by Anita Willis of IBH who is a practitioner of counseling to men, women, and couples to help them lead more peaceful and productive lives.  Similar to the Calm™  app this app provides an opportunity for its users to book counseling sessions and retreats, and listen to music, poetry, and information that provides rest and calm in their lives.

A Better Wash Mobile Waterless Car Detail™  - This app takes the Uber concept and applies it to mobile automobile detailing with a waterless cleaning solution.  Simply press a button on your mobile app and your detail technician comes to your home or office to clean your vehicle.
