During my entire career I have successful built operations & sales teams in hospitality & technology organizations. Current I oversee the Enterprise Sales Team as the Senior Vice President of Flash. Flash was recently evaluated at $1.2B by Vista Equity Partners and has seen extreme growth during my 2.5 tenure with the organization. About the Real Estate Agency: The agency has been in business since 2007 and the broker would like to retire from ownership but stay on part time as the broker associate. During the period of 2018 to 2021, the YOY revenues increased by an average of 18.2%. Included in the funding request is the business itself, operating capital plus the real estate including the building inclusive of an office and an apartment, additional lot, all finishings, software and advertising materials. My belief is that with my experience in recruiting, leadership, technology and sales that this agency has an opportunity to immense grow. In the surrounding three county area, population has grown annually by 3% for the last three years while home values have increased by 30% which leads to increased sales opportunities at a higher home price which in turn increases commissions.
