1. I’m a landscaping company that provides a high end level of maint including trimming  hedges , pruning trees and weeding gardens . Our hardscaping devision installs new fencing , paving stones and patios . Designes gardens  and yard transformations 

2. I have 6/10 quality workers that are knowledgeable  about trimming and bring a high quality work ethic  and great attitude and faith that we can anything with that faith .

3. The biggest problem I have is the competition and clients not wanting to spend the budget on there projects . Short cutting . 

4. I uniquely solve this problems by searching the internet for second hand products instead of brand new stuff . Using less quality products . And hiring workers with less exp. That work cheaper which doesn’t usually turn out gd .

7.my vision : to provide a unique  experience with all my clients so they get to know me on a personal level and not just a work one . To make offer them more for what they are paying and ongoing relationship and open communication . Finally to provide a top notch landscape product that no one can match . Extra effort equals extra dollars .

If u work for the right person I won’t need to advertise . Having jtc landscaping as a household name in the lower mainland like Jim’s mowing in every suburb .
