JPL STORAGE

Hello there, Our names are Melissa and Clyde. We currently work at JPL Storage. Clyde's parents Janice and Peter are  the owners and are hoping to retire. We would love to purchase the family business. Clyde has been working here for the past 6 years. He is the driver. I have been working in the office along side Janice and Peter for the past year. JPL Storage is in Haileybury, ON and Dymond Mini Storage in New Liskeard, ON. They are both in Temiskaming Shores, ON .JPL Storage is a portable storage operation utilizing sea containers to provide on site storage as well as delivery and pick up of household goods in Northern Ontario. We are currently renting between 175 and 200 twenty and forty foot containers year around. Our service is very popular. We also modify some containers and have local customers as well as mines and mine suppliers throughout Northern Ontario that purchase modified containers from us. In addition we are contracted to EPRA Electronic Products Recycling Association to provide containers to various landfills and when the container fills with electronic waste we exchange containers and bring it to Haileybury where it is sorted and repacked and then shipped to Toronto for recycling. This is all on contracted pricing and it is quite a lucrative part of our business. Dymond Mini Storage is a 52 Unit Storage Facility. We are currently % 100 rented with a waiting list. There is also room for expansion.
