Idea:
- To manufacturer an irresistible pastry that is large enough, light enough, but low in calorie count, that you can bake-off yourself at home on that Sunday morning.
- A 2 oz bun, that look like a 4 oz bun, but only hold 160 kcal, and real ingredients.
- The product do not contain any palm oil. The ingredients are all recognized as such: flour, water, butter, cardamom, cinnamon, sugar, egg, yeast and salt.
- Additional steps is to create a franchise program for women to own, and be the provider with the bake-off products to control consistency and uniformity of the product.
How is that possible?
A formula has been created and is ready. Once the frozen pastry have defrosted and been proofed in a warm place for 30 min, it is ready to be baked-off, and yet again it increases in volume in the oven.
The business model: is to manufacturer and offer the product(s) for wholesale to businesses in the food industry that uses bake off products, as well as to the consumer to large grocery retail locations.
A continued growth of new products will be offered for wholesale. To further the expansion is to offer a manageable, affordable and easily executed with minor coaching a 'Turnkey bake-off franchise bakery' in a small-scale place where we provide a large repertoire of bakery products that can be baked-off, as well as ready-to-eat products that are frozen and just need to defrost and kept cold without compromising the taste or integrity of the product.
- The product(s) would be packed in large boxes to Hotels, Bakeries/Grocery Store Bakeries, and Restaurants that offer breakfast.
- To offer the product(s) in the frozen section for the consumer at the grocery store we would be placing them in a printed mylar bag that is resealable. (Epac Flexible Packaging is available in 15 cities in US.)
- Due to simplicity of ingredients, and formula, and volume of units from a batch, the profitability is high.
The product(s) have been tested in two locations under a period of 12 month each both as wholesale and retail sales; in Boise ID, and Dallas TX that holds a large versatile demographics, and the verdict is unanimous regardless of age, culture, or ethnicity .They all love the product and wish they could find it locally in the store, or even frozen to bake off or being baked-off to just reheat.
