Jolo transforms job search by amplifying the candidate's voice and using innovative algorithms to match candidates to jobs based not only on skills but also on values and culture. Candidates have the power to personalize their profiles to refine the opportunities they see, and matching is as simple as a swipe or click. If there's a mutual match, users can start a conversation and schedule an interview right in the app.  Profiles are anonymous which provides a comfortable experience for all users and reduces unconscious bias at the start of the job search funnel.   

Onboarding for companies is free and easy. Company profiles can be set up in minutes.  Jolo is self-service so companies can then post jobs as needed, and they only pay for what they post. There's no software to install. No barrier to adoption. 

While other companies have proven the value of a candidate-focused tool, no one does what Jolo does. With Jolo, what once took recruiters 15 hours a week and job candidates 20 hours a week, now takes minutes; what once was a random search, is now targeted and personalized; and what once was an avalanche of information is now a controlled flow of high-value opportunities and candidates.

Jolo will transform an industry. While we have not yet launched, we have engaged with job seekers online and we have partnered with the University of Houston for testing. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.

We will generate revenue per listing and per month pricing for companies, and there are opportunities for paid premium features for candidates and companies. We also have opportunities for ad revenue. The per-listing, per-month pricing scales fast, and we do not need a large sales team to grow. This is a high-margin, fast-growth opportunity in a $220B+ market.

We've raised $200K via a SAFE note with a $3.6M valuation cap. We'd like to raise at least an additional $200K to launch in Q1. If we receive funding beyond the initial $400K, those funds will be used for product enhancement, marketing, and team building.
